Marriage & Family Therapist Associate, MA, AMFT

I offer a calm, judgment-free space for individuals and families navigating addiction, trauma, codependency, and chronic stress or burnout. My approach is warm, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that healing is both emotional and spiritual.

Whether you’re rebuilding after a hard season, trying to restore connection in your relationships, or learning to trust your own voice again, you deserve a space where you feel safe, seen, and held with compassion.

About Me

I am a U.S. Army veteran and an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) supervised by Michelle Walker, LCSW. My time in service, my own healing journey, and my deep respect for recovery shape the way I show up: grounded, compassionate, and without judgment.

I understand the weight of holding everything together, the ache of loving someone through addiction, and longing for hope when life feels heavy. I believe healing is possible – emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. You do not have to walk through that alone.
